What is your shipping policy for oversized furniture?
We offer white-glove delivery for all oversized furniture items. Shipping times typically range from 7 to 14 business days depending on your location, and you will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Youtopian Home ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics network to include international destinations in the near future.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in their original packaging and condition.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
Yes, sustainability is at the core of Youtopian Home. We partner with artisans and manufacturers who prioritize FSC-certified wood, recycled textiles, and low-VOC finishes to ensure a healthier home and planet.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters our fulfillment process and may already be in transit.
Do your products come with a warranty?
All Youtopian Home furniture pieces come with a limited 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
